I. Performance Introduction:

The LX-F sponge hardness tester is specially customized by our factory for the convenience of customers to measure the hardness of foam materials. It is suitable for measuring the hardness of soft foam materials and polyurethane foam rubber products. This hardness tester is in line with other hardness testers. There is a difference in measurement and use. In use, the presser foot directly contacts the sample, and uses its own weight as the load.

Main performance parameters:

1. Travel range of pressure needle: 0 ~ 2.5mm;

2. Dial value: 0 ~ 100 degrees;

3. Force at the tip of the needle: 550mN ~ 4300mN (56 ~ 438.5g).

Method of use:

Hold the middle part of the instrument and gently place the hardness tester on a flat specimen (or test piece) larger than the presser foot. When the hardness tester foot touches the specimen smoothly, it will be read within 1 second. At this time, the scale indicated by the pointer It is the hardness value of the test sample (test piece). In order to improve the measurement accuracy, the sample should be placed on a flat glass or flat plate. Each measurement point must be measured only once, and there should be no less than 5 measurement points on different parts of the same sample separated by more than 25mm. The average of the measurement results is the hardness value of the sample material.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

1. When the hardness tester foot is in the free state, the pointer is displayed as\"0\", the end surface of the needle and the flat surface of the foot are in close contact with the glass plate, and the pointer display should be\"100\". For example, when the hardness tester pointer cannot display \"0 \" and \"100 \" during inspection, it can be used only when it is adjusted to \"0 \" and \"100 \".

2. Sample and adjustment:

(1) The thickness of the sample should be between 25mm and 30mm: when the thickness is less than 25mm, two pieces can be stacked, but the contact surface should be smooth and flat, and the total thickness should still meet the sample thickness requirements.

(2) The size of the sample should be greater than 100mm in length and width, the distance between the measurement point and the edge of the sample shall not be less than 40mm, the distance between each measurement point shall be not less than 25mm, and the measurement point of each sample shall be no less than 5 points.

(3) Remove the skin on both sides of the sample, the thickness should be uniform, the surface is flat, the micropores are uniformly distributed, and the inorganic

(4) The sample conditioning and test environmental conditions shall be implemented in accordance with GB / T2941-91.
