Button Tester Instruction Manual

I. Introduction:

The EBQ button tester can be equipped with NK, HF push-pull gauges and special fixtures, which are specially used to measure the button's fastening force or the breaking force of clothes. Detecting the fixing strength of buttons and buttons is an important criterion, especially in the design and manufacture of baby and children's clothing. The measurement of a certain force on the button-fixing decoration needs to be recorded by a force instrument.

Purpose:

The test purpose of the EBQ button tester is to define the responsibility of the garment manufacturer to ensure that the buttons, buttons and fasteners can be properly fixed on the garment, to prevent the buttons, etc. from detaching from the garment, posing a risk for the baby to swallow. Therefore, all buttons, buttons, and fixed decorative parts (which can be put into the small object measuring device) on all garments need to pass the test of the button tester.

Significance and role:

1. The test method of this instrument is used to measure the strength of the vertical tension test on the buttons and clothing, and the buttons and buttons are not pulled away from the clothing.

2. The button sewing specifications required by this method should be in accordance with the standards set by the button manufacturer.

3. This test method is used to establish the relevance of different wearing environments and to compare the types and brands of different buttons.

4. This standard may include hazardous materials, operations, and instruments, and the standard does not list all safety issues that may arise during use. It is therefore the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish relevant safety and health rules, and to determine appropriate rules before use.

5. All buttons need to be sewn on the fabric with chain stitches.

6. According to the test requirements, when the maximum button size is greater than 6mm or less than / equal to 6mm, the buttons must be able to withstand 90N and 50N tensile forces.

Five, the installation method of the instrument:

1. Mounting method of machine base:

The instrument can be installed on a table to make the instrument more stable. Please ensure that the work surface is level during installation so that the test can obtain accurate values. Please refer to the installation (length × width: 300mm × 200mm) for installation.

2. Installation method of push-pull force meter:

A. Use M4 wrench to loosen 4 M 4 × 15 hex socket head screws on the dynamometer mounting plate, and remove the dynamometer mounting plate;

B. Install the push-pull force timer of the HF series (digital push-pull force gauge), and use the M4 hex wrench to pass the four M4 × 10 hex screws in the accessory bag through the 90 × 40 holes on the dynamometer mounting plate. Screw into the 4 M4 threaded holes of the dynamometer and install the dynamometer on the dynamometer mounting plate; or use a Phillips screwdriver to pass 4 M3 × 10 cross recessed pan head screws in the accessory bag through the force Inside the meter, mount the dynamometer on the dynamometer mounting plate. The 145 × 30 holes on the mounting plate are screwed into the 4 M3 threaded holes of the dynamometer;

C. Install the push-pull force timer of the NK series (pointer push-pull force gauge), use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four M × 10 screws on the back cover of the push-pull gauge, and remove the four M3 × 14 crosses in the accessory bag. The slotted screws pass through the 145 × 30 mounting holes on the dynamometer mounting plate and are screwed into the four M3 threaded holes on the back cover of the dynamometer (remove the screw holes of the M3 × 10 screws);

D. After the push-pull gauge is installed, reinstall the dynamometer mounting plate on the rack with an M4 allen wrench.

3. Installation method of upper fixture:

Attach the hook with an internal thread in the attachment for the upper clamp to the test rod of the push-pull gauge.

4. Installation method of the base fixture:

Use the two M6 screws and the M6 ​​inner hexagon wrench in the attachment to connect the base fixture and the base firmly.

6. General test operation process:

1. Place the fabric with the button fixings on the base fixture (under the pressure block with a concave shape), keep the button facing up, push the push handle to clamp the cloth piece (and ensure that the fabric has been pressed live).

2. Rotate the upper clamp counterclockwise to open its grip.

3. If you use the push-pull force timing of HF series (digital push-pull force meter), turn on the power and wait until the LCD display shows zero.

4. Install the push-pull force timer of NK series (pointer push-pull force meter), and press the switch button to return the fingers to the zero position.

5. Rotate the hand wheel of the fuselage to make the upper clamp move downwards and be able to grasp the buttons.

6. Rotate the handwheel of the fuselage to make it move upward.

Seven, daily maintenance and maintenance:

1. Do not overload the instrument. The rated load of this instrument is 300N.

2. Pay attention to daily maintenance work and keep all parts of the instrument clean.

3. When the instrument is sluggish and inflexible during use, please add a little oil to the oil hole in the bearing seat on both sides of the machine. When the machine fails, please contact the manufacturer or the sales point in time (do not disassemble or repair without authorization).
