EGZ-Y Elevator Rope Tensiometer (Integrated) Instruction Manual

I. Overview

1.1 Main uses and scope of application

Elevator rope tension meter is mainly used for tension test of elevator traction wire rope. During the elevator installation, acceptance and annual inspection, the tension of each traction wire rope is tested and adjusted to make the tension as uniform as possible, thereby extending the life of the traction sheave and making the elevator wire rope run more smoothly. This tensiometer can also be applied to the tension testing of steel cables such as bridge slings, tower wiring, overhead wires, index wire ropes, etc.

1.2 Product Features

1.2.1 Portable: The instrument uses a high-strength aluminum alloy structure, which is light in weight, small in size, and easy to carry. When measuring the rope tension, one person can complete all operations.

1.2.2 The instrument has stable performance and high measurement accuracy. When the size of the measured rope is the same as the rope number stored in the dynamometer, the measurement accuracy can reach 5% within a certain range.

1.2.3 Light weight, simple structure, convenient operation, suitable for any occasion.

1.2.4 The instrument has 3 types of ropes with preset specifications. You only need to choose the corresponding rope number when measuring.

1.2.5 Digital display force value, the instrument uses LCD to display the measured force value, the reading is more convenient.

1.2.6 Switching of three units: The instrument can switch three units of force value: N, Kg and Lb.

1.2.7 The instrument can save 383 sets of measurement data, and the saved data can be exported by computer.
