Four, dynamometer installation method:
Built-in sensor: Pass 4-M6 screws into the 4-φ6.2 holes of the fixing block, insert a washer in the thread direction, and tighten with the 4-M6 thread on the dynamometer mounting plate. On the board, the dynamometer mounting holes are divided into two groups, 30x145 and 40x90. Users can determine according to their needs.
Five, the use of control panel:
1. Power switch: When the button is pressed, the power is turned on, and when pressed again, the power is turned off.
2. Speed control: due to the difference between the measured object and the user's requirements, when adjusting the governor knob, the carrier's movement speed is 20 ~ 200mm / min.
Function control:
Manual / automatic. When the knob is turned to manual, if the carrier moves, you need to press the up or down key, and the movement will stop when it is disconnected. When the knob is turned to automatic, if you move the carrier, press the up or down key directly.
Seven, stroke adjustment:
There are two screws on the back of the column. Use the standard hexagonal wrench to loosen, adjust to the proper position, and control the sliding block to meet the requirements.
Eight, the use of counters:
The upper part of the counter is a digital display screen, which records the number of tests, and the lower part is a preset button with a total of 4, which are from left to right, respectively, ten, hundred, and thousand, indicating that the preset settings can be set in the range of 0 ~ 9999. For example, if the user performs continuous tests on a product, the number of tests is 9999, which needs to be adjusted on the 4 buttons respectively to the display of 9999, and then press the manual / auto button to perform the test 9999 times. After running 9999 times automatically Stop, if you need to test again, just press the stop button.
