Four, dynamometer installation method:

The carriers from which the EH electric test stand is connected to the screw rod are, from top to bottom, in order:

④ Transmission nut

⑤ First remove the 4-M5 inner hexagon on the connection plate, and then use the 4-M3-10 countersunk head screws (included in the accessory bag) to connect the dynamometer to the dynamometer mounting plate firmly, and then connect the connection plate to the transmission nut The connection is firm and the dynamometer is installed.

Five, the use of control panel:

1. Power switch: When the button is pressed, the power is turned on, and when pressed again, the power is turned off.

2. Speed ​​control: due to the difference of the measured object and user requirements, when the governor knob is adjusted, the carrier's movement speed is 0 ~ 500mm / min.

Function control:

Manual / automatic. When turning the knob to manual, if you want to move the carrier, you need to hold down the LEFT or RIGHT button, and the movement will stop when you turn it off. When the knob is turned to automatic, if you want to move the carrier, press the LEFT or RIGHT key directly.

Seven, fixture height adjustment:

The left handwheel of the EH test frame (below the housing) is the clamp height adjustment handwheel, and the upper part of the handwheel is the M6 ​​locking screw. First, loosen the M6 ​​inner hexagon. M6 screws are tightened.

Eight, stroke adjustment:

The positioning sleeves 1 and 4 on the positioning rod are the maximum stroke limits, and the positioning sleeves 2 and 3 are the stroke adjustment sleeves required by the user for measurement.

How to use the counter:

The upper part of the counter is a digital display screen, which records the number of tests, and the lower part is a preset button, a total of four, from left to right, respectively, ten, hundred, and thousand, indicating that the preset settings can be set in the range of 0 to 9999. For example, if the user performs continuous tests on a product, the number of tests is 9999, which needs to be adjusted on the 4 buttons respectively to the display of 9999, and then press the manual / auto button to perform the test 9999 times. After running 9999 times automatically Stop, if you need to test again, just press the stop button.

Ten, matters needing attention:

The equipment power supply must have a ground wire (the grounding resistance must be ≤ 4 ohms.

11. Warranty:

At the time of testing, the micro switch is guaranteed within 100,000 times. If it exceeds the number of uses, the above accessories will be charged for cost.
