Push-pull force gauges are mainly divided into: pointer push-pull force gauges (NK series) mechanical push-type digital push-pull force gauges (DS2, Z2 series) digital charge-required pointer push-pull force gauges Instructions for use: pointer push-pull force gauges It is a small and simple tensile and pressure testing machine with high accuracy, operability and easy carrying.

1. Contents of the machine: measuring box, compression jig, stretching jig, extension rod

2. Rally gauge structure name

3. Preparation before test: Select a jig suitable for testing and install it on the push-pull force meter.

(1) PULL test Hit the attached pull jig to the center rod marked [PULL].

(2) Compression (PUSH) test From the attached compression jigs, select a jig that is suitable for the test object and hit the center of gravity bar marked with [PUSH].

(3) Utilization of extension rods When the fixture is installed in the way shown in Figures 2 and 3, if you cannot contact the test object, use the attached extension rod to install the fixtures according to the method shown in the figure.

(4) Confirmation of the switch knob Place the ● mark on the knob in the TRACK position.

How to switch the knob

(a) Switch from PEAK to TRACK. Press the knob down slightly and then turn it to the right.

(b) Switch from TRACK to PEAK, turn the knob to the right, and the knob does not need to be pressed down at this time.

(c) Caution after the test. Please mark the ● mark of the knob for switching after the test is completed. If placed in the T RACK position, the service life of the internal zero shrapnel will be shortened.

Notes on the use of pointer push-pull meter:

1. For use, please be careful not to apply a load exceeding the maximum da load range to maintain the life of the instrument.

2. When using it on the test bench or other instruments after installation, please use 4 screws (M3 / P0.5) to fix the tension gauge.

3. Avoid storing the tensile press or using it in low temperature, low humidity or high temperature and high humidity places. Use or store in the following environments. Temperature: -10 ~ 55 ℃ Humidity: 15 ~ 90%

4. Use this push-pull timing meter when the temperature is below -5 ℃. Please avoid contact between skin and metal parts, which may cause frostbite.

Digital display push-pull force meter using rules: uniform speed, horizontal, vertical.

Please strictly observe the following conditions so as not to damage the instrument

1 This product is composed of a high-performance strain sensor and microelectronic circuit. Protect the instrument from sudden changes in temperature, heat, high humidity and dust, and avoid strong impact.

2. This product is used for strength measurement, do not use it for other purposes.

3. This product should be used at 0 ~ 40 degrees Celsius. For higher accuracy testing, the temperature is limited to the temperature range on the inspection certificate.

4. Don't make the instrument measure more than the maximum range, no matter the instrument is turned on or off, the measuring axis cannot be distorted.

5. Make sure to use the special adapter to charge the instrument.

6. Read the product manual carefully before installing and using the instrument.

7. Do not use organic solvents, such as paint thinner, to remove dust from the product.

8. When performing crushed sample experiments, debris may fly out. Wear protective devices to protect your eyes and body. .
